God sees the future of Israel, and it is a mixed report.

The exhortation to follow God’s law continues as the people are prepared to go into the land God promised their ancestors. God gives promises of great blessings if they follow His Word, but also of curses if they do not.

One of the things God teaches us in this section of Scripture is thankfulness.
