In today’s social climate, de-platforming from websites like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and others is a real threat for Christians who refuse to compromise. Because of that, it is critically important for Lifespring! Media to be independent from those platforms and advertisers. But there are expenses that have to paid on an ongoing basis. Will you help? Thoughts

Joshua left with some wise parting words. He told them remember what God has done for you, and continue to follow His law. If you do, He will be with you. But if you forget what He has done, and you forsake His law, you’re on your own. Steve Webb translation. 🙂

So how well do you think that went? Pretty much like you’d expect, right? People have not changed. By nature, we forget quickly, and tend to go our own way.

I remember the first time I started to read through the Bible. I was a young Christian, maybe 21 years old. I read how God delivered the children of Israel, and how they soon turned away from Him. Time and time again. I thought to myself, “How stupid can these people be?”

And then God spoke to my heart, “You’re the same way.”

Ouch.

But like the writer of Ecclesiastes said, “There is nothing new under the sun.”

That’s why we need Jesus. Right? We would all be completely without hope without Him.
