As Hosea ends, God pleads one last time for Israel to return to Him. And with that plea comes a promise. God promises to forgive them and love them with a boundless love. And then He gives several examples of how He will lavish them with gifts.

He is a loving God, and He is worthy of praise, don’t you think? When Jesus said to forgive 70 times 7, He was speaking from experience, wasn’t He?
