I hope your week is going well. Today, in Genesis chapters 25 and 26, we’ll meet Abrahams new wife, and we’ll see Isaac and Rebekah’s sons, and how well they got along…or not. And again we’ll be reading from the Common English Bible.

So what do you think of Jacob and Esau? And I’m sure you noticed a similarity between Isaac and Rebekah and Abraham and Sarah when they were in a foreign land. Can you imagine telling people that your wife is your sister, so they won’t harm you? Wow.

Tomorrow we’ll see another episode with Esau, Jacob, Rebekah and Isaac, near the end of his life.
