On today’s reading, God gives more instructions on how the Tabernacle itself is to be created, and also He gives instructions for the creating of the priestly garments. Today we’ll read Exodus chapter 27 and 28 from the Holman Christian Standard Bible.

May God bless the reading of His Word.

So today we learned more about the construction of the tabernacle and what the priests are to wear. Tomorrow we’ll learn about how the priests are to be set apart for service.

Hey, if you haven’t already given your feedback on my idea for changing up the format of the show, please take just a moment to do so.

Remember, I’m proposing that instead of just reading through, from Genesis to Revelation, I would like to read a chapter from the Old Testament and a chapter from the New Testament on every show. So we would go from Genesis to Malachi, and Matthew to Revelation, concurrently.

Since that are far more chapters in the OT than in the NT, once we are through the NT, I would read chapters from the Psalms, in addition to the other OT reading.
