I’m back! It’s been a week since the last time we were together, but no, there is not yet a new Webb baby in the family. So why was I gone? I had a nasty, nasty cold. My nose was runny, I had a sore throat, I was coughing. I was miserable. So it was a good thing my granddaughter decided to delay her debut!

But now, I’m healthy again, and my daughter-in-law is becoming more frustrated by the hour. The baby is over a week late, but the doctor said this morning that she seems just fine…just not yet ready to be born. So we wait.

I’m really excited to be starting the book of John today. It’s easily one of my favorite books, because the deity of Jesus is so clearly explained. He was, in the beginning. And all things were made through Him. Without Him was not anything made which was made. Makes it pretty clear, huh? Jesus was with God, and Jesus was God. Amen.

Well, we’re going to move forward, and if I miss a day or two, you can figure that I’m doing babysitting duty with granddaughter number one while granddaughter number two is finally arriving.
