Job now talks about his present misery and contrasts it with the past. Then he vindicates himself once more before speaking his final piece. Job restates his innocence, talks about wisdom and where it can and cannot be found, and remembers what his life used to be like.

Job and his “friends” continue the dialog.

Job answers Bildad and asserts that he will be vindicated. Then Zophar speaks again, and is answered again by Job. Then Job points out how wrong his friends are.

Eliphaz takes another run at Job, Job replies to him and then addresses God again. Then Bildad jumps in again.

Job answers Zophar and presents his case to God.

Job replies to his friend Bildad, asks God for relief, and receives more “advice” from Zophar.
